Buy your next used car from these guys the service is amazing and the golf I just picked up Saturday is awesome I love it . So my Mini Cooper failed it\u2019s mot Saturday miserably so I dropped into Dereham motor company on my way home, by closing time these guys had my golf ready to drive away so many thanks guys I really appreciate it!
Got a bmw 1series a few months back had nuffing but problems went bk with it reving at 2000rpm two days later needed new coolant system needed new airmaf sensor still didnt sort problem out still got engine light on replaced airintake manifold needed new breaks back and front still going wrong ive had the car 7 months now so desided to return it to the company ive spent 1200 on the car as thay didnt sort any problem with the car so decided its going to go bk i wouldnt ever use these again and on first meeting there one of the guys stank of alcohol

I recently purchased a car from this dealership. While the staff were friendly during the sale, my experience afterwards has been disappointing. There were several issues with the vehicle that were not pointed out at the time of viewing, including: \u2022 Missing floor mats \u2022 Corrosion on the alloy wheels (under the lacquer) \u2022 Remaining pieces of a broken front splitter still attached to the bumper \u2022 Missing badges These are things I would reasonably expect to be disclosed when buying from a dealer. Additionally, attempts to contact the dealership after the purchase have gone unanswered, which is frustrating when trying to resolve concerns. While the car itself drives well, the lack of transparency and after-sales support makes it difficult to see the benefit of buying from a dealer versus privately.
