I can\u2019t recommend Days Garage highly enough! From start to finish, the customer service was absolutely first class. The manager (whose name I unfortunately didn\u2019t catch) was so friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful, making the whole experience stress-free. A special mention also goes to Dylan Potter, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He kept me informed, answered all of my questions and made buying my new car a pleasure. When I collected the car, there was an issue with the wing mirrors. These things can happen, but what really impressed me was how the team dealt with it. They collected the car from my home, repaired it promptly and returned it to me with a full tank of fuel as an apology for the inconvenience. That\u2019s what I call outstanding customer service! It\u2019s rare to find a dealership that genuinely goes above and beyond for its customers, but Days Garage certainly does. If you\u2019re looking for a new car, I would highly recommend buying from them. The level of care, professionalism and customer service is second to none. Thank you to Dylan and the whole team for such a fantastic experience!
Bought a car from them and had multiple defects that were not brought to my attention on purchase. Initially agreed to pick up from Cardiff (we were travelling hundreds of miles) then pulled out while we were on the train, meaning we arrived in the dark (2h more travel) so couldn\u2019t actually see it. Tried to contact them about defects and the response was to say that I was breaking the Highway Code! They claim that I have to have an unobstructed view from my car when it\u2019s parked?! That means I need to live in my car I think. Rather than properly investigate and see if the defects were due to them they just made unfounded allegations against me. Seemed to say an independent report in to the defects was irrelevant.
