"I was very happy with the service at Dudley Motor Company because on first arriving we met Steve BROOKES where he wasn\u2019t pushy he was happy to let us look around and when we explained our needs he was ably to show us vehicle on your website and managed to identify a vehicle for our needs. He arranged for the vehicle to be brought to DMC where we were able to view vehicle and a test drive and no pressure still to buy the vehicle but was happy to explain and answer any questions and to help us with putting little things on the vehicle right but was honest stating it can\u2019t be made brand new but would to his best and that was great for us. On collecting our vehicle the process was made easy by Steve he even told us if we noticed anything wrong he would try his best to help and has been true to his word and sorted for us and still left us with offer of his support. Overall the service I have received is great also along with the staff at the Dudley motor Company who have been very welcoming and happy to help. I have to say though Steve BROOKES is a credit to your company he is very professional, polite, helpful, genuine, honest and was happy to help us and guide us through the purchase of our vehicle where we are very happy and would highly recommend to our friends and family which we have done already."
Recent visit for annual service on my vehicle. Felt exceptionally valued as a Motability customer, easy to book in and kept up-to-date with progress. Very clean and comfortable facilities if you are waiting. Work competed on time and very pleased. A special mention to the service advisor (Sue) who was extremely knowledgeable, really helpful and looked after me during the visit. Would highly recommend this dealership and will be returning.
