Absolutely shocking service from start to finish Van was not fit for purpose loads of faults to many to go into Ford advice me to return and after a 2 month fight with daren tbe owner and countless lies from him we managed to get the van back but still left us out of pocket by a \xa31000 in all my years of buying cars and vans this is by far the worst experience ive had . To top it of just woke up to a tax reminder this morning for the van what was took back over a month ago Guys really I wouldn't touch these with a barge pole They also promise to pick the van up because it wasn't road worthy but got let down twice Then darren said I think you will be fine to drive it back to him over 100 miles away so that was another days money lost for us and guess what they couldn't be bothered to wait for us and closed the showroom 10 minutes before we got there . This list goes on I would be here all day if I had to list everything that went on it was that bad milage was also advertised incorrect on this van . Take your money elsewhere guys Thank me latter
Spoke to them a few times about a \xa315k van that stated "no VAT" in the ad on ebay and their website, arranged a mate to take me for a viewing and likely purchase then at the point of setting off they then said van is now plus VAT and extra \xa33000. Also advertised with incorrect mileage, Mickey takers!
