Excellent customer service went above and beyond picked up the van on a Friday had issue with brakes on a Sunday Took it back on the Monday under the warranty got the van back on the Wednesday over \xa31000 spent with no cost myself made all experience very easy highly recommended couldn\u2019t have done enough
Poor service, arranged to travel up to look at a van, it\u2019s a 2 hour trip, he said call an hour before you arrive, so we did, no answer, we kept trying no answer arrived at the garage no one there and still not answering the phone. In today\u2019s climate with fuel costs this was an expensive lesson and if it saves someone else from having the same experience then all good. Plus when we looked at the van as it was on the forecourt it was not as described and the back door was left open. Oh well if he had answered his phone I would have told him. Avoid this garage if you have any distance to travel
