Initial visit was positive and friendly. After arriving home my daughter decided to purchase a C1 from John Kennedy at Dace in Stockport. John found a problem with the car and sorted it but neglected to tell us the car was in the garage and couldn't be taken out for a test drive. When the car was ready to a test drive we arrived and decided to purchase the car following a successful test drive. Full payment was made but the payment didn't show up on their account so we left it with John who promised to call, text today, 13th of March. No call or text was received until I rang at 16:20 to check. John wasn't available but 5 minutes later my daughter received a message, the payment was in the DACE account. We arrived, signed all the paperwork and John went to get thr car, only to find the battery was flat as the person who parked it up the previous evening left the lights on. John had no thought for us once the payment was made. All he had to do was, make a call and check the car, he failed on both points. When we received the service book, DACE didn't service the vehicle, they did their checks but no service. Had we known this before purchasing the car things may have been different. Would we buy from DACE again, well, time will tell. I'll only advice anyone who wants to buy a vehicle from DACE, do your home work. Check and check again.
After many many years of driving Citroen 2cvs, I purchased a lovely little Nissan Micra from Dace, assisted by Callum and Liam, both of whom were friendly and helpful. I was extremely nervous about getting a different car, but was soon put at ease, firstly by Callum and then by Liam. I left feeling very confident and very happy. Thank you.
Top quality service and customer after care. The staff are friendly and will go the extra mile to help their customers. When I spoke to the after care team Jason was very helpful and saw the car right away, they fixed any issues that raised any concerns and customer happiness seems to be a priority here. Thank you again to all the staff at dace highly recommended.
