Would like to thank Dylan, salesman at DACE Motor Group for their fantastic support in helping me to buy my first car, an automatic VW golf! Brilliant customer service and went out of their way to make sure I got the right car for me, remaining patient and not 'pushy' and even giving me a mini driving lesson (not part of their job!) when test driving cars after not driving for a long time! I recently purchased a 2020 Vauxhall Corsa 1.2 Turbo Elite Nav Premium Auto from this dealer and have been very disappointed with the overall experience. The condition of the car did not match the online listing or the standard of other vehicles on site. There was an excessive amount of dog hair throughout the interior, which was not shown in the photos or description. The listing also stated the car had a reversing camera. At the time, I was advised by Jon that it may just need cleaning. However, after a full valet, the camera remains unusable. Despite raising this, the dealer has refused to resolve the issue and claims it was “accepted” at the time of purchase. I have raised this under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as a listed feature should be in working condition, but this has been dismissed. While the car drives well, the lack of aftersales support and unwillingness to address a clear issue is disappointing. I would advise others to ensure the condition and functionality of the vehicle fully matches what is advertised before completing a purchase.
Absolutely amazing service throughout the whole process. I dealt with Lewis, an absolute cracking guy and very professional. I travelled to Dace in Stockport from South Wales with a vehicle to trade in. Leading up to collection, Lewis was in touch at every turn to update me on the trade in details as well as the progress of getting my new car ready, all was super smooth. Agreements were in place ahead of the travel to Dace, my time in the dealership was no longer than 40 minutes and even that was taken up by chit chat from myself. I have today (5 days after trade in) been notified that Dace have sorted the finance on the trade in vehicle, quicker than expected! My partner and I were so impressed, we are genuinely considering another trip up to get a second car from them. Amazing dealership.
Jaydon’s customer service throughout the entire process has been exemplary. It has been a smooth and seamless process from start to finish. He made himself available at all times throughout. This is the second time I’ve bought from Dace and I’m sure it won’t be the last! I recommend this place to anyone in the market.
I Bought my car from Dace yesterday and I can’t recommend enough!! The whole service from start to finish was a pleasure. Callum was amazing, his communication and knowledge was great and he made sure I left with a stunning car that I’m over the moon with! Everyone that works there are so lovely, the receptionist and the car sales are all so friendly they really do make you feel comfortable. Jason in warranty claims dept made life very easy, strut boots and brake fluid change on car only just bought sorted and as the external garage doing the work had issue with payment method we paid ourselves and we're reimbursed as promised next day..Jason had made contact in first instance following up the fact the car had thrown a fault,AA sorted that but fact Jason and DACE had chased the resolution was brilliant! Cannot recommend Jason enough,perhaps DACE could use him full time on the claims and relieved him of other duties that take him away from the desk 🤣
Jason the gentleman that has dealt with my daughters vehicle from the warranty department has been absolutely brilliant all the way through, keeping us informed every step of the way. When Jason wasn't available one of his colleagues Chantel (hope that's how you spell it) has stepped in and kept is in the loop. First class service thank you both so much.
