I bought a nice little Corsa from these guys for a really fair price. I did have a few issues with it with engine lights, timing chain etc. The CSK guys we're great with honouring the warranty, every time there was an issue they had it back and its been driving great since.
Do not buy a car from this man, i had problems the day after i bought a car. I put in a complaint through the AA & he's waited until a year passed to say theres nothing he could do as ive had it for a year. He even threatened me with legal action if i shared my story on social media. Well i have now to my 122k followers. Watch this space. Avoid at all costs
I bought a blue Ford ka from this place for \xa32190 At the end of March. I picked the car up on the 2nd of April 2026. At this time I was given a 30 day warranty and drove away happy. I should mention upon viewing the car and taking it for a test drive(10 minutes)we saw a flat tire. Upon mentioning this, the man said “it’s just because it’s been stood for a long time” should have took this as a red flag really. The day after i bought it I took it down to my local garage to be checked over, as csk motors had put it through an MOT and it failed. One of the dangerous faults being” front exhaust has a major leak of exhaust gases”.Then another mot was completed a couple of days later and miraculously, it passed with no faults or advisories. My local garage found 3 things wrong with the car, so I took my car back to csk motors and they “fixed” them for me. Once I’d had the car for a few days, i noticed the tyre was getting flatter which resulted in me having to pump it up every couple of days. I booked it into a local garage and they sorted it for me. \xa328 later and the bloke who’d done it came up to me and mentioned an issue with a front bar and after driving my car to Alton towers. ( which is about 1h/1:30hr away from me) so not very far, something started to feel weird with the car. My exhaust was blowing that badly It started to sound like a tractor. Quite embarrassing really. So later I took it to an independent mechanic. He then came back to me with a full list of issues with the car. So upon coming to the end of my warranty, I took the car back. The mechanic I took my car to said my exhaust and catalytic converter had been siliconed. When we brought this up to the bloke at csk, when I returned my vehicle, he said “well we wouldn’t do that”. It then took them a week of calls and excuses because they wouldn’t reply to my emails, even though I wanted a paper trail. They didn’t even ring me and I had to make all the contact! So clearly they weren’t that bothered! I eventually got my refund in the 14 day period . Just avoid this place. It’s a waste of time. On the day I bought my car I originally went to see a red Ford ka. I sat in the car and it wouldn’t turn on. To be fair to the staff they were fair to me and polite and didn’t argue over a refund. I’d also like to mention that this car is back on the website now.
Bought a used car from these guys. Over 80k miles and 2nd hand car. Wasn't so sure what to expect. Anyway Briefly we bought the car and all was as we was promised. Unfortunately it developed a fault 3 weeks later. CSK advised if we can drop it in they would be happy to take a look. The day after the car was delivered back to us and is now faultless. Thanks to the Team at CSK MOTORS.
Single worst car I have ever owned, waited over a year for parts that have never arrived so many promised call backs that never happened poor quality work on bits that were fixed that I have had to then take to another garage to fix properly. I have strong reason to believe they are falsifying MOTs.. Seemed great at first. Same as all the other dodgy used car salesmen in the end. Look at the trust pilot reviews I wish I had Edit in response to the reply As I said initially great the timing chain was replaced on warranty. I mean this is what a warranty is for. Its why people purchase from you and not private. Also reported the car blowing smoke after the timing chain was done. This was apparently due to the turbo. CSK failed to fix the issue. I had to take to another garage to resolve. After i initially bought the car I was told to take to another garage to have the alignment done this garage informed me the trailing arms are worn and shouldnt have gone through it's MOT. Which I reported immediately to CSK it's took them over 12 months to fail to source the parts. I was told you had since stopped selling KIA sportages because you cannot source the parts. This is proven to be a lie you have them for sale
I would strongly advise avoiding CSK Motors Ltd based on my experience. I purchased a vehicle in October 2025 which was sold with an MOT and described as being in good condition, but it developed serious faults almost immediately. It had already failed an MOT before I properly received it, and after delivery I experienced further issues including alternator failure and a suspension problem that caused a breakdown and required recovery. I had to reject the vehicle as it was not of a reasonable standard. The trader took the car back and stayed silent and no refund until I issued a court claim. Only after legal action did I receive a full refund including my costs. Overall, this was a stressful and time-consuming experience, and I would recommend that others avoid and carry out very careful checks before considering buying from this trader.
