After what felt like months of searching for the right Toyota GT86 and dealing with garages and dealers that were often slow to respond or reluctant to provide detailed information, I finally found one at Crossroads Garage. Speaking to James was a breath of fresh air. He promptly provided all the information I requested and patiently answered my barrage of questions. Within an hour of speaking to him, I had reserved the car and arranged a delivery date. The car was delivered the following week by Neil and was exactly as James had described: immaculate. After taking it for a test drive, I couldn\u2019t have been happier. It was exactly what I had been looking for. I can\u2019t comment on the after-sales service yet, as I haven\u2019t needed it, but Neil encouraged me to save his number and said he would be happy to answer any questions I might have about the car. Overall, buying from Crossroads Garage was a refreshingly straightforward and positive experience, and I wouldn\u2019t hesitate to recommend them.
I live on the other side of Sheffield but always use Crossroads to MOT both my Lotus Elise and Evora. Leaving my cars with a garage owned by a Lotus enthusiast means I can trust that they\u2019ll always look after my cars. Always had brilliant service and they generally have a Lotus or two parked in the showroom, which is the icing on the cake!
Great experience buying my car from Crossroads. They were super friendly and knowledgable. Test drive was very informal and we could have a few hours to test it. Buying process was very easy and they even registered the car and helped setup tax right there and then. Even delivered it to another city up North for me which I wasn't expecting. It made it so much easier for me. The car as clean and serviced and clearly well looked after. The only slight improvement I would suggest to them is it make sure the user profiles and logins on the cars are wiped before selling the car but this is probably more on the original seller to do. Overall I would highly recommend Crossroads to anyone looking for a smooth car buying experience and would go there again myself.
I recently purchased my Mercedes Benz GLC from this showroom and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The customer service was truly 10/10 the team went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy and comfortable with the car before purchasing. They were professional, helpful, honest and attentive throughout the whole process which made buying the car a really enjoyable and stress free experience. Nothing felt rushed and they took the time to answer all my questions and ensure everything was perfect. I am absolutely delighted with my new car and it was a genuine pleasure doing business with them. I would highly recommend this showroom to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Absolutely brilliant! Such an easy process from start to finish, we came up on the train to pick up the car, Dean collected us from the station ! The car was beautifully presented, Absolutely gleaming! Extremely helpful, sorted my road tax, and transfer documents, so I didn't have to do a thing, just sit there and drink coffee, which was really good! An Absolutely fantastic family run business, very very highly recommend!
What can I say, Crossroads Garage break the mould when it comes to buying a used car experience !! Their cars are immaculately presented in a showroom that is a joy to visit. Dean and the team are always smiling and nothing is too much trouble. Overall an A++ service that I would recommend to anyone.
