From the first call to Crewe Audi, up to and after collecting our new car, Ella has been amazing. She was patient, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She made collecting the car a real event for us and the bottle of champagne from Tom was a great touch. Every member of staff we encountered seemed interested and ready to help. The team made the whole process quick and easy — from helping me choose the right car to installing a reversing camera, setting up my phone, and arranging the trade-in of my old vehicle. Everything was very reasonably priced and well within my budget, and best of all, there was none of the pushy sales nonsense I’ve experienced at other dealerships. Highly recommended.
Crewe Audi staff were good because they really listened to what my needs were. I would really like to single out Alice Symons from Crewe Audi - she was absolutely fantastic and kept me updated at all times. She was brilliant and made the process so easy!
