My experience at Crewe Audi was cracking because I recently purchased my new Audi Q3 from Crewe Audi, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. A special mention must go to Ella Richards, who provided outstanding customer service throughout. Ella was knowledgeable, friendly, and kept me informed every step of the way. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was perfect, making the purchase feel truly special. The handover of the car was excellent, and I am absolutely delighted with my Q3. I would highly recommend Crewe Audi to anyone looking for a first-class buying experience, and I would especially recommend asking for Ella Richards.
I'd recommend Crewe Audi to a friend because the sales staff are helpful friendly easy to deal with professional and knowledgeable but with a caveat. Pity the experience was spoiled by someone in admin stating that posted Retention Certificate was required before release of v5 bond monies irrespective of the fact that you had by then the original V5 for the traded in vehicle (and had already been provided with DVLA’s emailed copy) thereby making the retention certificate redundant. Thankfully resolved in 24 hours and monies now refunded. Thanks particularly to Ella Richards. Shame on Admin. If the original Retention Certificate is a requirement then the customer should be advised of this BEFORE entering into the V5 bond agreement and not post agreement. The above score would in all probability have been 10 had Admin not spoiled the experience leaving a somewhat sour taste in the mouth.
