Ben Butcher at Coventry Audi Listers was absolutely brilliant when we visited the showroom with an interest in one of the cars. After having an awful experience with purchasing my last car from trade centre I was really nervous to go through the whole process again. I was advised by my son to go to Audi which I did, as soon as I entered the showroom I was greeted with a warm welcome by Ricky who instantly made me feel relaxed and comfortable! Ricky really went above and beyond and made the whole experience enjoyable and smooth sailing. I am over the moon with my new Audi, I would highly recommend others to visit when purchasing a new car all the staff there are lovely!

My family and I have been supported for all of our car needs by Allan for many years. This was my first time purchasing a car for myself. I have just purchased my new (to me) 2021 Audi A5 from this dealership. Having had a somewhat difficult experience with the buying experience of my previous car bought from a dealership of another manufacturer , I was apprehensive and cautious in my journey to buying my next vehicle, but the difference between the two was night and day. Upon my arrival at the dealership, I was met with ample parking facilities and a neatly arranged forecourt of approved used vehicles all nicely presented, allowing me to browse at my leisure. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by Yaseen Khan, who proceeded to unlock the car for me and allow me to look around while setting up my insurance to test drive. After a comprehensive test drive on multiple road types, we returned to the dealership where we discussed figures- I decided to take out Audi’s own finance for simplicity and after discussing the benefits of a secured loan against the vehicle, and negotiated a suitable price. Mark Vials kept in touch with me over the course of the next few days while the car had some refurbishment work done as Yaseen was on annual leave, yet he came in to hand the car over, ensuring I met a familiar face on my return to the dealership. The car was parked in the showroom, valeted and even fully fuelled as a courtesy, which I very much appreciated. Everything was explained in detail and I left feeling fully informed and comfortable with the workings of the vehicle. I will definitely be considering Audi Coventry for my next vehicle purchase and will be recommending them in the future

I collected my new car yesterday, and it is amazing! My favourite one yet, I think I say this every time😁 The service was great and all the employees were very helpful along the way.
