Well presented showroom with good selection of cars on a show, all of which are open to explore. Plenty of cars in group stock and outside to view, including a brand new and used. Dealer offers sales and servicing. Typical Audi customer service which is lacking, you have to look for a member of staff and talk to them rather than them approaching you. Can be a problematic accessing the dealership through access roads if you miss it off the main dual carriageway.
I had a smooth experience when actually purchasing the car, but the after-sales service has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. During the sale, I chose to add an extended warranty. Because this is an official Audi dealership, I reasonably assumed I was buying an official Audi extended warranty (and was described as such). It was only later I realised they had actually sold me a third-party "dealer guarantee." When questioned, they claimed it was just as good and cheaper than the official Audi product. This turned out to be completely untrue: My local Audi dealer confirmed they do not even accept this third-party guarantee. I've recently got a direct quote from Audi, and the official warranty was actually cheaper than what this dealership charged me. Because the policy hasn\u2019t even started yet, I tried to cancel it. The third-party provider told me the dealership has to process the cancellation. However, after four phone calls and multiple emails, the dealership is completely ignoring me. Looks like once they have your money, the communication stops. Had smaller issues too but ultimately faced same poor service. First the spare key wasn't working, found out a few days after purchase. Advised it wasn't covered under any warranty and expected me to drive 2 hours so they could have a look rather than letting me take it to my local Audi garage. In the end took it local, who provided me with a great service and solved the problem in 5 mins and no charge. Secondly prep of the car wasn't up to standard, no response when I pointed out areas they had missed prior to taking delivery.

At every level of Audi Centre Coventry, I felt that both I, as a customer, and the car I was planning to purchase were treated with real care and attention. The sales executive who handled the sale and paperwork for my car, Arman Sharifi, is a true professional who demonstrated an exceptional level of care for my interests as a customer. Arman answered all of my questions and made sure that all of my requests regarding the car I purchased were fully taken into account and completed. My trust in the Audi brand has only grown thanks to my experience with Audi Centre Coventry. Thank you very much to Audi for continuing to maintain such a high standard of customer service.
