I have been looking for some time for a vehicle that has a dual purpose. I wanted a nice car to drive about in and also something I could use as a simple camper. I came across County Cars and they had cars that would suit my needs. I went for a lovely Honda Stepwagon. The interior and exterior are amazing and you wouldn't think the car is on a 2012 registration as it looks so good. The guys at County are really friendly and super knowledgeable about the cars they sell. They didn't mind answering any questions I had and were very helpful which made the process of buying the car easy. I went to pick the car up yesterday and it had been serviced cleaned and valeted. It looked fantastic. I had a great drive home and it runs like a new car. I think a Japanese import is very well worth considering as you get a quality product with advanced technology and a reliable engine. So thank you County Cars as I am a very happy customer. Matt
A big Thank You to the wonderful team (Alan, Ben and Roy) at County Cars of Strood, who made the whole buying process as smooth as butter. Needed a car that was reliable, comfortable and with the top requirement of having captain seats in the middle row. The Honda Odyssey (RC1) was the perfect fit. On pick up day, I was picked up at the local train station, which is a nice touch of classic old school customer service at its best. Genuine local company with a passion for supplying quality high standard honest cars.
We were looking for a Japanese MPV to replace a Zafira that finally gave up the ghost and found out about County Cars who are relatively local to us, specialising in Japanese imports. They had a good range of MPV's on their website so we popped along to take a look. We were impressed with all of the cars they had, which were in immaculate condition and converted for the UK (eg: the speedo). We decided to go for a Honda Stepwgn, which we\u2019re extremely happy with having driven it the past week. On another note, Alan and Ben were very knowledgeable and helpful in the whole process which we greatly thank them both for!
Excellent company with great staff. We first used County Cars to buy a Toyota Alphard in 2015, it was 11 years old and we had it for a further 11 years until we part exchanged this year for a newer model also from County Cars. On both occasions Alan, Ben and Roy, ( a very friendly trio ) left us to browse the stock, answered any questions we had and most importantly helped us choose a vehicle suitable to our needs rather than trying to push us to a more expensive car. They were very honest when giving us comparisons, with pros and cons between the vehicles we were interested in. Our first Alphard was superb the whole time we had and it passed all but one MOT 1st time in the near 11 years we owned it, and we never had a mechanical breakdown. This gave us the confidence to happily use them again this year when we purchased our new Alphard GoldenEye in February. Again no pressure sales, just loads of useful information and plenty of friendly chat. County Cars is a nice, friendly, family run business and their stock of Japanese imported vehicles is very impressive, very high end versions with very high spec interiors and exteriors that we didn't find at most other dealerships. We would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a Japanese import and have previously done so when people have asked us about our car when we're out and about. A very impressive company all round. Thank you County Cars for our many years of happy driving.
Just bought a Vellfire from County Cars and what an excellent car, the team here are experts in their trade and provide a service second to none! The car is immaculate and has all appropriate documentation giving any new owner piece of mind, big thankyou to Ben and the team!
Awesome service. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Cars are mint and at low milage. They go above and beyond to get what you're after. Can't recommend them enough. Even offered to pick me up from the train station when I came to collect the car. My downside was I didn't have any signal at the time when the message came through so I walked it. But that's another review of my phone carrier lol. Sum it up. Great cars, great staff, friendly, helpful knowledgeable. Highly recommended firm if you are after the Japanese imports. Cheers guys
