After buying a car here I will not be doing it again, after having problems with the batteries and taking it back to be told there is 28 faults which all lead back to the battery and just to take it for a good run, lights still appearing on dash, so took to an independent garage to test the batteries, one of the batteries is completely dead and the other not good coming in at 44% after being driven all morning, so sent this across to coopers cars for them now to say it's not covered under warranty and sent us an absolute joke of a massage basically saying they have just become faulty when it's been like it since buying it and being fobbed off by them so safe to say won't be going back there again should of listened when warned about them but live and learn
I've just got home with my lovely Skoda from Coopers Cars SW and buying it has been a refreshingly pleasant experience. As a retired female, I was at least expecting to be patronised and certainly subjected to a hard sell. There was none of that at all, just a straightforward, polite and friendly interaction. Pick up was also easy and efficient. All very reassuring and I wholeheartedly recommend.
What a fabulous company to buy a second hand car from. James dealt with the sale and was highly professional and very helpful. The service we received was exceptional and the staff are friendly, welcoming and informative. The car came with a years MOT and was spotless when we collected it. Highly recommend this company and will certainly go back in the future.
