Bought a lovely little Ford Ka from here. One previous owner, low mileage, very fairly priced. No pressure sale. Test drive no problem at all. Lovely lady looked after us. Visited Conisbrough Motor Company with my daughter to view an advertised car and was very impressed with the lovely warm reception from Julie. Absolutely no pressure and able to test drive on our own and take as long as we needed to examine and think about the purchase, which we agreed to. Julie meticulously took us through the past history of the car and has supplied all documentation of past services, MOT's etc. The car was given a service and MOT prior to pick up and came, in pristine condition, with a 3 month warranty. A small glitch on pick-up when the lever for adjusting the wing mirror became detached - they immediately ordered the required part and, amazingly, collected the car 24hrs later, returning it fully rectified within two hours. My experience with the team so far has certainly underlined the unusually strong sense of trust I felt when we first met. Thank you so much for your truly excellent service.
I honestly could not recommend Conisbrough Motor Company enough. I saw a car on their website one morning and was able to visit and test drive it that day. Afterwards, when we were interested in buying, Julie took us through its history, its past services/MOT and receipts. When I decided to buy the car, she explained it would go for a service beforehand and when she looked at the date of the last oil change - even though it wasn't a very long length of time ago - she said she would get an oil and filter change done for me so it was all fresh and ready to go. They helped me out massively by delivering it to me, free of charge and then, the day before delivery, I got a call from Julie who explained in its service, they'd found the suspension arm joint had worn down, so they got this changed and covered that cost before delivering it to me. This was completely unexpected and above and beyond what other dealerships would do. This is my first car, my first time buying a car and I could not be more pleased and reassured with the service I received. Because I know they care about what they sell, I'm confident and reassured in my car that they've not secretly hidden any niggles or anything. I've had the car for a week now and couldn't be more pleased. Thank you very much!!

We bought our daughter\u2019s first car from Conisbrough Motor Company in December 2025 \u2014 a Toyota Aygo \u2014 and I deliberately waited six months before leaving a review, just to make sure everything remained as good after purchase as it seemed on the day we bought it. I can honestly say the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. From the moment we arrived on the forecourt, we were made to feel welcome and valued, but without any pressure or pushy sales tactics whatsoever. The whole process felt honest, professional and genuinely customer-focused. The service they provided went far beyond what we expected. Before collection they arranged a full MOT, service, a replacement parcel shelf and gave the car a thorough clean so it looked fantastic for collection day. They even offered to arrange a pink bow and a full \u201creveal\u201d surprise for our daughter, which was such a thoughtful touch (although we already had our own plans in place!). Six months later, the car has been absolutely brilliant and we\u2019ve had complete peace of mind throughout. What really stands out is that their customer service didn\u2019t end once the sale was completed \u2014 they\u2019ve even offered to help us arrange next year\u2019s MOT when the time comes. Buying a first car for your child is a big moment, and Conisbrough Motor Company made the entire experience memorable for all the right reasons. I'm very late on this review. In sept 22 I decided my 17 yr old polo had to go. After driving by everyday an Adam on the forecourt was reduced one day. I nipped in and felt very comfy and trusted this garage. After a day or so I heard a squeak on the pedal and they got me back in and checked over . All the staff are great and the lady who does the paper work. It's now 3 n half years since iv had the car with no problems and still a squeak . It's a local garage and they really look after you. We even trusted them again and my daughter as been and bought one today. Hopefully she doesn't come accross any problems with hers. I'm sure they will look after her the same. Thanks for my adam back in 2022. Recommend them 100%.
Bought a Honda Civic from these about a year ago but it google never let me leave them a review so here we are! Very knowledgeable, lovely guys. Car was sanitised and ready for us to view within an hour of us calling. Very clean, inside and out. It was a no pressure, no rush sale with a 3 month warranty on top that he made me feel I could use for any issues if needed - thankfully never did and the car still runs perfectly now. Gave me excellent advise on how to care for it as it was my first diesel. Would definitely recommend to anyone to looking to purchase a car, they are by far the best dealer me or my family have ever bought from.
