Was really pleased to buy a Smart Fortwo for the best price on the market. Really happy with my car so far, and I even got 3 months warranty for any mechanical breakdown. Was helped at every stage of the purchase, and had a test drive. Many thanks for the amazing service provided.
met nick however had the car 1/1/2 weeks and the gearbox failed nick was not very helpful when I phoned him the car is going to cost me a fortune to fix nick seems to think im a motor trader and I didn't buy the car from colebrook n son's all im saying to anyone buying a car from this company be very careful if anything goes wrong they will probably make something up about you for the record im a mini bus driver for the elderly right this is still ongoing please do not buy a car of this firm had car in specialist gearbox garage they opened the gearbox and found a rubber glove inside its cost me \xa33500 for a new gearbox and ive reported this garage to trading standards
I bought a car from Colebrook & Sons Ltd last week in what I can only describe as a first class experience. I arrived to view the car and was handed the keys by owner Nick to take assess the car, he then made it possible upon surrendering my driving licence to take it out for a test drive. The car was wonderful and I bought it with a deposit that day. At that point I was given a new owner complimentary box with some nice gifts including interior wipes and screen cloth along with air fresherenet a portable shopping back and some soft drinks; what a nice touch. Upon paying the balance for the car when collecting it had been thoroughly cleaned, instructions on the operation of the vehicle given and Nick even handled taxing the car on my behalf. I would rate this dealer second to none and I am truly thankful that it is only five miles from home. A great experience in buying a car having previously owned my old car for twelve years.
Fantastic experience buying my vehicle from Nic. Friendly with prompt responses. The vehicle was in great condition and at a very reasonable price compared to the rest of the market. Nic was down to earth and friendly. Helpful and not pushy like other car sales garages,a rare find..He said take the car for test drive and take as long as you want. I purchased from him, as he immediatley fixed a couple of problems the car had..he also gave me a mobile mechanics number, which was turned out to be envaluable when my other car wouldnt start. Would i buy from him again Yes.
