Overjoyed with my car, impressed with the service throughout my purchase! Big thanks for the immaculate condition of my new car and the efforts to have it looking so perfect for my arrival. Massive thanks to Kev, who stook around for me to finish work and come and collect my car around 7pm! And key's missus, he was at work giving me the royal treatment and not down the pub, ha! Seriously though thankyou, and I am massively impressed with the service I received throughout!
Fast \u2014 recommended if you know about cars. Otherwise they will take advantage. I got my car from Cobalt Motors and couldn\u2019t be happier with the experience. From the moment I made my enquiry to driving away took just 4.5 hours \u2014 incredibly quick. The dealer was upfront, easy to deal with, and most importantly flexible so I could drive away the same day. The car itself is running great and but not as described. The team were patient, stayed in touch throughout and made sure everything was sorted even though I was pushing close to their closing time. Really appreciate the service and would definitely recommend Cobalt Motors if you\u2019re after a quick purchase with flexibility to get your money but no need for after purchase service or customer care. Edit: Asked specifically about the locking wheel nut key before purchase, was told it wasn\u2019t needed. Cost me \xa3100 to resolve. As all tyres have become illegal to drive on within 10 months. Also promised a mobile mechanic would come to fix the radio, which has never worked and this never happened either.
