Bought my Kia from CM in December, went up to have a look at it, and David was very helpful, answered all my questions and I had a lot being a new driver! There was a couple of very minor things that myself and my partner wanted sorted, just visual things, nothing mechanical, before we picked it up, was told it would be ready in a week, which worked perfect for me. When we went to pick it up, everything had been topped up (minus petrol but it was half full anyway) and it was spotless! Drove it home with 0 issues and it's been perfect since then. I couldn't thank David enough he was super helpful, not pushy at all, and answered all my questions, put my mind at ease, even said I can contact them if any issues arise. I would not hesitate to come back and use them again.
A real pleasure to deal with. Good, honest car dealer. Reserved and viewed a car. In the end it wasn't right for me, but Dave and Chris were honest, decent, helpful and the deposit was returned with no questions asked, which contrasts with another dealer I used elsewhere. Good choice of vehicles at Cobalt. Easy to find and access. Would use again.
Would give them a zero star but there isn't one. Bought a car there nearly 6 weeks ago, after going to pick it up I noticed a few things that needed to be repaired... Windscreen badly damaged off wiper blade, engine underguard hanging off on one side, driver seat bolster worn down exposing the sponge, having explained to the sales person he said he would ' work round it' to get the issues fixed... 6 weeks later.. Nothing from them. Shocking, disgraceful after sales I've ever had. Feel like I need to get in touch with the hp company and to give the car back to them.
Beware - will lie to get your money! We bought a car from this garage in January 2025, we were promised 2 years warranty with the car. We recently had a problem with the air conditioning so called David, apparently the car only had 3 months warranty on - how convenient for them!! I called the warranty company to double check and they said there was no record of our car ever even having any warranty. We were also promised that the key for the car would be posted out to us but its been 9 months and still nothing, despite emailing and calling the office which has been ignored/ not followed up. We\u2019re now left with a faulty key that we\u2019re going to have to pay to replace. Beware of this garage & this man, they will do anything to get a sale and can\u2019t be trusted. Next time we wont be so naive.
