GIVE THEM A CHANCE! When looking around for a car for our daughter I came across one advertised by this garage but didn\u2019t contact them straight away due to being concerned over the negative reviews they have received. Few days later something drew me back to the car they were advertising as it was the right make, model, spec that our daughter wanted at a reasonable price too! I contacted them, the receptionist was lovely on the phone and I found her quite helpful, then got put through to Andrew who was able to answer any questions I had. I put down a \xa3100 deposit to reserve the car, as the garage is nearly 200 miles away from me and I knew without a deposit they could sell it at any time. Just to clarify this deposit was refundable if I viewed the car and chose not to buy it. Andrew told me the car was having some work done due to advisory\u2019s on the recent mot, so he was going to try and get it done in the timescale we needed. And he did! He went above to make sure the car was in excellent condition when we went to view it. To the point we were happy to pay the asking price in full. Overall our experience couldn\u2019t have been better. Thank you! We have a very happy daughter.
Just bought a Kia Rio from Clock Garage . I had been looking for a low mileage example of this car but not been impressed by the cars seen until spotting this one and it turned out to be spot on as advertised. John the owner was just getting ready to leave on Saturday afternoon as we arrived but he kindly without hesitation offered me a test drive it was great and I agreed to purchase it. We agreed a part exchange on my car and he said it would be serviced and ready for collection a few days later. When I collected the car it was immaculate and valeted and can say this was one of my best experiences of buying a car and I would highly recommend this garage. John was a gentleman and gave what I would call old school quality customer service. Enjoying driving the new car and thanks again.
I can highly recommend Clock Garage. I've recently bought a used car from them and they were truly superb. John and Andrew (and the wider team) went above and beyond in terms of prepping the car in readiness for collection. A freind of mine went into this garage on Saturday 19 October 2024 as she heard an unusual noise under the engine compartment after investigating the said noise clock garage technician told the young lady the car had internal engine problems and as she had only recently purchased the ford ka in blue to return it immediately to the person she bought it of so the lady returned the vehicle to the vendor to which there technician diagnosed the manifold gasket had perished and was only a small repair please be careful with this garage as they mis diagnose things my opinion I would always get a second opinion with this garage Thanks ian
