Not impressed by this Garage, I have had my motorhome on a sprinter chassis service with them for the past 11year & had no problems. Recently my ABS warning light & AdBlue light came on. We are due to go on a trip next month so thought it best to get is fixed. I dropped the camper off and also mentioned the aircon that also needed a recharge. I was quoted 1.5hrs at \xa3139+vat for diagnostic etc. I was then told they needed an additional 4hrs to square away, so I authorised the work. Apparently the AdBlue issue was the sensor & because the van is 11years old It\u2019s needed a new tank @\xa31900 + fitting and vat this took the total estimate to \xa34600, additionally they then recommend I needed new front disks & pads a a matter of urgency taking the total to nearly 6k. I asked if the van was safe to drive & it failed a brake test because of the handbrake missed by 1%, the foot brake was fine at 78%. Basically I have the van booked in with another garage to fix the AdBlue & adjust the handbrake at a small fraction of the cost., I will get the van serviced & new mot in October and go from there with regards the front disks. My bill from Mercedes was \xa31500 for aircon recharge & two rear speed sensors fitted also the diagnostic of the AdBlue fault. Once I had recovered my Van away from Cicerly my stress levels came down because I know I can get the outstanding work done to an excellent standard & in my own time without having to go in to debt for the repairs. I won\u2019t be returning to them after this experience & the stress it\u2019s caused myself.
