I\u2019ve been looking for a car for my daughter for a while and spotted this guy, thought we would take a drive out as he has excellent reviews. She spotted a car she liked and we popped next door for a coffee and cake while it was prepared for her. No pressure sales just a lovely stress free experience and a very happy daughter. So 2 hours from hi to buy. Can\u2019t be bad
Just picked up my car, haven\u2019t stopped smiling yet!! Mark (the owner) is the most friendliest sales guy I have ever met. Made me feel at ease, no pushy sales tactics. I will definitely be returning when I\u2019m ready for my next car. I would 100% recommend a visit if you\u2019re looking for a car, great stock, great prices and I said, Mark is an excellent bloke.
I purchased a car from Chepstow Trade Centre in November and have experienced nothing but problems since. Since buying the vehicle, I have had issues with the clutch, significant rust underneath the car on the body/frame, the wrong battery being fitted, problems with the DPF system, and multiple other component failures. The vehicle has cost me a considerable amount of money in repairs that I did not expect so soon after purchase. The dealership strongly recommended that I take out their provided company warranty cover, assuring me that it would provide valuable protection. However, when faults occurred, the warranty company repeatedly refused claims, even for issues that are stated to be covered under the policy terms. As a result, I have been left paying a ridiculous amount for repairs out of my own pocket for a car they sold me with the most confidence and persuasion it would be a top car. Based on my experience, I would never recommend anyone to this dealership. If you are considering buying a vehicle from them, I would advise carrying out a thorough independent inspection and carefully reviewing any warranty promises before committing.
We have recently purchased a BMW X5 from Tim and Mark and are very happy with the car. There was no pressure from them and gave us all the time we needed to make our decision which we were very pleased about, as we do not like pushy sales tactics. The car was spotlessly clean when we arrived to collect it and again there was no rush to complete the purchase, (we took the car for a test ride before paying). Both Tim and Mark are very friendly and easy to talk to and made the whole experience a pleasure.
Had a really stress free and smooth experience here, which is rare for a car dealer. Did not feel pressured at all and was free to browse and test drive with no issues. Decided to go ahead and purchase a run around car to help me get around and it was very smooth and straight forward, did not feel pressured at all which was nice and drove away the same day. Highly recommend if you are looking for a hassle free used car experience!
