Bought my Mini Cooper this week from Chepstow trade centre and I couldn’t be happier! From start to finish, the service from Mark and Tim was spot on. Both were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly knew what they were talking about. They were informative & really helpful throughout the process, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. I got an amazing, reasonable deal within my budget and the car was fully serviced and MOT’d with a 2 year gold warranty which gave me total peace of mind. I part exchanged my previous car with ease and the paperwork was sorted efficiently with Mark. The Mini was topped up with petrol before leaving which was the cherry on top! The Mini itself is absolutely lush — drives beautifully and I genuinely love it. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Top service and a car I’m over the moon with - thank you so much!

From start to finish my experience was friendly and professional. Sound advice given by Tim ( the owner) before buying a used car from him. Highly recommend Chepstow Trade Centre if looking for a used car within a price limit.

Good range of cars to suit all budgets! Needed a replacement car quick as mine was an insurance write off. Nice Honda Civic all good so far at a decent price plus a full years MOT. Tim non pushy and responsive - would recommend

After looking at cars after , dealership after dealership I came across this place and immediately stood out as very professional and promising. Contact was there out of hours also which was a good sign. Turned up and found my first car with peace of mind, sales was comfortable and welcoming and quick and easy. Would definitely return if needed and recommend.
