Great and fair service. I enquired about a vehicle late one evening and agreed to visit and view it the next morning. When I arrived someone else was also looking at the car. The service I got was great. I was given the opportunity to look at and purchase the car first as I had contacted them the night before. Thank you team!
Rudest salesman I\u2019ve ever met! Pulled in to have a look as there is nowhere to park as it\u2019s on a main ring road around Sudbury. Didn\u2019t see anything of any interest after looking at what he had on his forecourt so just turned around to pull back out again. In doing so, the owner started shouting and waving his arms at myself and my two small children in the car. When I asked what I was doing wrong, he accused me of not being there to look at his cars and just using his forecourt to turn around! I was slightly confused by this accusation as he is on a one way ring road!! \U0001f914 He even accused me of lying about what car I was looking for when he continued to question why I was there! Not going to sell many cars with that attitude! How are customers supposed to look at the cars when you won\u2019t even let them pull in the see what you have! I can only imagine this guys attitude should you need any after sales help. I would strongly suggest a little customer service course for you my friend! As yours is shocking! Just like some of your 1 star reviews! UPDATE I CAN ASSURE ANYONE THAT READS THIS, I did go to this establishment to look at cars and I DID encounter this man and he knows full well how he behaved! Go ahead and report me and show them your CCTV while you\u2019re at it from today at lunchtime. I am Not fake nor a Scammer, just a woman who was driving around looking at cars today with her two small children. Shame on YOU for coming on here to respond to my review with lies. If you do not want bad reviews then Think about how you treat your potential customers!
Sadly got had over by this guy, I paid \xa33,400 cash for a corsa sxi that I was told had a full service history, never smoked in, he said it run like a dream, not dents or dings..... not one word of this was true, firstly there's no full service history and infact the service it was meant to have had didn't happen... I got my mechanic to look it over when I got it home.... the "coolant" that was meant to have been changed/topped up on the service infact has oil in it not coolant! The liquid was very clearly black not the healthy pink coolant or should have been hence the smell whilst driving, the car that was apparently never smoked in was peppered with cigarette burns and stinks of tobacco, theres dents down one door and the drivers door window leaks.... he took my money i paid in good faith and I trusted him seeing he knew I had a disabled daughter who Im a carer for and a 88 year old mum I also care for yet still he sold me a unroadworthy car, I hope he can sleep at night and enjoys my \xa33,400 cos im a firm believer in karma so I know he'll get his, trading standards will be getting a copy of all of the faults found on this car that would have been sorted on the promised new MOT and service which never took place! I should have see this coming really when they only had 4 cars left on the forecourt of a once thriving business but with Fagan at the helm this is the kind of below parr vehicle I ended up with. Not happy, i will be taking this further. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU DONT WANT A RUBBISH AMD BROKEN CAR FOR YOUR MONEY.
If you want good service from a reputable car dealer go to Chartwells! They are a family run establishment and frankly we couldn\u2019t have asked for a better experience with them. We recently bought a car from here and found it to be as advertised - at a good price and without much faffing around. Ask for Phil - he\u2019s the man with the 100 mph delivery of facts, facts and more facts! He is very knowledgeable and I am in no doubt that should there be a problem with my purchase he would do his best to assist. He took care of my old vehicle and tried his best to sell not dump it for us. However the bureaucracy that goes with trying to sell a car with a Channel Island number plate will make your head ache! Thank you for your effort Phil. We can throughly recommend this garage for their professional service.
