I have always been dealt with politely here. They always try and help. 🙂. Thank you. Steve B. Following up from this I had a problem with the Information/music system. It wouldnt turn on. I took it in today and got a call within 2 hours and it was ready. A quick reconnect of the battery and ok. I was given a heads up that this may happen again and there is a fix for it. Thank to Chris who did the reconnect and thanks Fiona for the advice going forward . 5 Stars is nothing more than they deserve. Keep up the good work.Thank you. 🙂. Steve B. 20/10/2025. Nice people to talk to, but don't take their word for work to be carried out when buying. I recently travelled 60 mile to buy a van and was pleased by the way it was presented to to me and the no pressure of sale. However, I did point out a couple of issues tyres , brakes and service plus a light lens and mirror cover. These were all put on my order form. On collection of the van the tyres had not been sorted but we did come to an agreement to sort this. As time has gone on 6 weeks, I have slowly discovered that the brake service had not been done I've had to replace all pads and 2 rear discs , I put it on our on brake rollers at work and have to say I'm not sure on validation of the mot brake test. The oil ,air and fuel filters had not been looked at either. After saying all that, these are problems that I have easily rectified myself but shouldn't have to. Still overall pleased with my van ,just disappointed in the vehicle preparation.

Needed a new passenger side wiper blade as mine was torn. I didn’t have an appointment but a technician fitted a new blade while I waited. Excellent service.

We were too tall for the cars I had booked to view. They checked stock and didn't have anything to offer us. That didn't stop Mark taking the time to explain to us which makes and models would be more suitable. Good customer service without a sale. Says alot.
