I took it in today and got a call within 2 hours and it was ready. A quick reconnect of the battery and ok. I was given a heads up that this may happen again and there is a fix for it. Nice people to talk to, but don't take their word for work to be carried out when buying. I recently travelled 60 mile to buy a van and was pleased by the way it was presented to to me and the no pressure of sale. However, I did point out a couple of issues tyres , brakes and service plus a light lens and mirror cover. These were all put on my order form. On collection of the van the tyres had not been sorted but we did come to an agreement to sort this. As time has gone on 6 weeks, I have slowly discovered that the brake service had not been done I've had to replace all pads and 2 rear discs , I put it on our on brake rollers at work and have to say I'm not sure on validation of the mot brake test. The oil ,air and fuel filters had not been looked at either. After saying all that, these are problems that I have easily rectified myself but shouldn't have to. Still overall pleased with my van ,just disappointed in the vehicle preparation.
