I purchased a BMW from Cedar. The car was as described and the service was excellent. Sean and Gareth kept their promises and did everything that was agreed. No pressure to buy the car or have finance/extended warranty etc. I can honestly say it was a pleasure to buy from Cedar Specialist Cars.
Travelled from Dorset to go and look at the car we had reserved. The videos and pictures we had seen looked great but you don't always know until you see the vehicle for real. We were very very impressed with how well the car had been presented. Judging by a lot of the other vehicles in the showroom, Gareth and his crew take great pride in their work. The process was easy and relaxing, with no sales pressure, and no constant pushing of finance over outright purchase. We were left to our own devices to look around every inch of the car and take it for a road test. If you are looking for a vehicle and find one being sold by Cedar, then you should, without a doubt, go and have a look. 10/10 Top marks, would make the journey to this place for a car again.
Absolute pleasure to deal with this dealership. Gareth especially is very approachable and easy to talk to. Had a couple of minor issues, which were no one\u2019s fault, and Gareth went above and beyond to address and fix them. Will definitely recommend this garage to friends and family!
I recently purchased a Mercedes C63 from cedar specialist cars around 2 months ago and travelled a good 4 hours to pick it up. Now, any dealership can sell you a car. But what is most important is the aftercare, many dealerships can take your money but don\u2019t want to rectify issues after you have exchanged money. This is absolutely not the case with Cedar, they have been excellent throughout, ironing out some rather expensive issues which were discovered with the car through no fault of their own. I am very pleased with how they have dealt with the issues I had with the car and would 100% recommend them to anyone I know looking to buy a car. I would not hesitate to make the long trip and will very likely purchase with them again in the future!
