Bought a car from them Saturday-14th Feb 2026,told me they had done the water leaks and other work,got water ingress check and health check at vgs,they have bodged the rear speaker-snapped all rivets out and snapped speaker housing and put gorilla glue around instead of new foam gasket and put self tapping screws in-right cowboy job- and still leaking in the boot through the slam vents,went through mot there with no advisories not even previous advisories that have been on previous mots for years, yet it needs new rear tyres as split on inside of tyre to the cords and no previous advisories as before with mot history- haven't sorted water leaks when they said the have,both tyres on front were on wrong way-outside tyre wall on inside,air intake all loose and not on carb ,gona cost me \xa31500 to get fixed as they have bodged it and just said to give car back for full refund even tho have already put money into it and we're not prepared to help with splitting bill ect and said we will do the work even tho they already had supposed to-bunch of del boys
Please, make sure you have everything in writing when dealing with them. My experience was far from professional and deeply dishonest. I was informed after a test drive that a number of things still needs to be dealt with and a week later I picked up the car. The person we paid was different that the test drive dealer, and he didn't have a clue about the car situation but assured everyhing was fixed as promised. A few days later I found out that one of the keys was still not programmed for this car so contacted the dealer. The refused to talk to me and told me they would call me back. After no hear for two weeks, I called again to ask for a solution to be shouted and and told it's not their problem as this was not given in writing and they would help me if I bought an exoensive car. Mine was \xa33250 so if I want to be cheap this is to be expected. Avoid this unprofessional seller.

Worst car buying experience of my life Lied about what was wrong with it whilst having car for 10 days. Collected it with a promise to fix fault. Booked it in and on the day refused to look at it told me to book it for another day. Fixed it myself and it wasn't anything they had diagnosed. 6 months warranty not worth a toss. Totally unhelpful Updated response I never visited a few months ago I specifically visited on 18th Oct 2025 to view the Mokka that had just come in but owner wouldn't know this because he wasnt there. I was told by the mechanic he has test driven it and its fine but I was unable to test it as it was about to have a service. Then told I can collect in 4 x days. The day before I was told I wouldn't be able to collect because it needed a wheel bearing and nobody had them in stock. I then searched online and euro car parts had them in stock. Sensing something dodgy I pushed further to find out it needed a replacement gearbox not a wheel bearing so I was Lied too. Opon collection 29th Oct 2015 I took it for a test drive got it upto temperature and could hear a knocking noise from inside engine. On my return mechanic said he could also hear it and would order parts to fix it at a later date. I reluctantly paid for the car knowing I was now at their mercy. I turned up for my appointment 7th November 2025 ( so not owned it months just a mere 9 days ) to be told car was too hot to work on and its probably crankshaft oil seal, tensioner or belt and would take hrs and i needed to make another appointment as don't offer a courtesy car to customers. I sat in car on forecourt for 2 x hrs waiting to see if owner was going to take a look as he said would be 2 x hrs before he could but moving cars around the lot was more important. Not had any contact from them to re-book an appointment to get car back to them for all important legal repairs they must carry out. And it wasn't any of those parts that had been diagnosed.
Such a bad experience after bought my first car from them which is fiat panda pop , I was so excited to buy my first car , and I decide to buy my first car from any dealer house as I thought they will be better then the market place ,when I bought this car from CB autos,they said they will do the service for my car and after fix everything they will delivered the car to me . they took 3/4 days for doing service and MOT for my car , but after I bought the car in first week I realise car clutch was not in good situation, and in 2nd week I need to change the car one of the tyre , another tyre of the back side is also need to change as that one also not in a good condition, after one month my car clutch become dead and I call them 2/3 time to talk about this as there is no way within one month I can burn the clutch , every time when I tell them I am facing problem with there car they are saying they are busy they can\u2019t talk with me right now and they committed with me that they will call me back within a hour but it\u2019s been more then one week they didn\u2019t call me back , after a long wait I took my car to a nearest garage , when they lifted my car up the garage mechanic was scared to work to fix the clutch as the car was not in a good condition , they are sacred about how the car situation is it\u2019s so worse if they start to fix one think might be another part of the car can be broken. As it is really in a bad condition, and they become surprise after see the car how this car can be passed Mot, as the lower portion off the car was really bad , car clutch was dead , one of the car door is not able to open from inside , Regarding your reply on my review: You are totally saying lai , which prove that how you are playing with your customer trust . you are not a good business person by your word .as how sweetly you are writing here , if you are that much sweet with your customer I don\u2019t need to wright it there , you said you booked appointment for me to inspect my car , which is fully a lai , you never inform me or tell this to me about any date or anything that you booked a any appointment for me ,even though I would happy if I got any appointment from you , I call you twice both time you committed to me that you will call back to me within a hour where is you didn\u2019t call me back till now , without here anything from me without doing inspection of car you blame me that I burn the clutch , there is no way anyone can burn the clutch within one month where is I drive the car only 380 mile till now . When you done the service for car you should top up the air cooling liquid wind screen liquid and change the old break fluid where is yesterday when I check the bonnet I found air coolent is fully empty wind screener liquid is fully empty and break fluid colour is nearly bad , which need to change in immediately , now you want to blame me for this? I done this all by driving only 380 mile and within one month all of this happen. And how you know I drive this car with all of this problem , when that car clutch become deed for 7/8 days I don\u2019t able to drive the car , I contact you to solve the issue , I even told you if you want I can give you return taxi fare so that you can come and check the car issue , as I am unable to move the car as the clutch is fully dead you denied it and every time you committed me that ok you will call back me within a hour but still now you didn\u2019t call me back . Now you are saying all the lai in the reviews. Whoever bought any car from them please make sure you check everything as they are seems like earning by saying lots of lai to a customer , make sure you check air cooling / break fluid/ engine oil/wind screen liquid and everything as I thought I am buying from a dealer house and as I am new driver I don\u2019t even know good enough about car I trust them and each and every day I am finding problem with this car and they are just saying all the word with lai. Just bought the car and if you found any problem with car then you realise how they are.
Went to CB autos looking for a replacement for my trusty Focus that had served me well for. years thinking I wanted another .Toby took the time to listen to my requirements. Suggested a couple of options & left us to look over the cars .No hard sell .Answered any questions honestly. Test drives no problem & I bought a lovely Vauxhall SUV. Will definitely recommend to anyone. Plus they also have a repair shop on site . We will be using them for all of our motoring needs from now on. Thanks guys.
