Sold my car with this shower! Lots of umming and erring - very old school from start to finish. Wasn't expecting to be given an offer, then an old fashioned handshake to then have it taken back! Now, I see my car on their forecourt for 3 x times what they gave me. Robbing bar stewards... AVOID
Offered \xa3300 for our car only 6months older than the 1 we were wanting to buy at \xa34000, which had an oil and water warning light on, used to be such a good garage too \U0001f633, every panel was marked and they knew we were coming too, not be going back ever again. \u2026
A much nicer experience than car main dealers, with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The cars are beautifully prepared, with a great on-site workshop. Our BMW 520 GT looked like it was brand new and drove that way too on our initial 300 mile test drive to Cornwall. Many thanks to Nigel, Adam and all the staff at Carwise
Nigel and his staff have always been extremely professional, efficient and reasonable with regards to cost. I recently have had a lot of trouble with my car insurance and Nigel was very helpful, supportive and patient during the entire process. Thank you so much carwise for standing by me during this tough time and for repairing my car!
Incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. Carwise (Derby) purchased my vehicle via Motorway well over 2 weeks ago. They were well aware where my vehicle was based. They initially rang to arrange collection after 48 hours, but then all went quiet. After chasing this up with Motorway, it was only after 2 weeks had passed that I was advised that these dealers were unable to collect the car, and therefore the sale was cancelled. A complete waste of my time, and I am now back to square one with selling my car. Would give zero stars if I could, due to the stress and hassle they have caused me.
