Avoid at all cost. They are acammers. They charge extra if you pay with card. They dont tell you how much extra they just take it from your card without telling you. Very lucky my card got declined. They wanted to charge me extra \xa3200 just for using credit card. Thank god i did not buy the car from them.
Purchased a car last month and just want to thank these guys for selling me a lovely car fault free I had previously purchased a car from another dealership which I ended up returning due to it going faulty within a week of having it , it has since been hard trusting another dealer , these guys will take a step extra for you I would definitely recommend them and they customer service is great \U0001f44c\U0001f3fb
Bought a 13 plate Kuga from these guys, test drove OK, They brought it late at night on a low loader. My daughter picked it up the next mornign and drove it for 3 hours and it stopped and wouldnt move. Spoke to the garage and they wanted us to bring it in for assessment - we are 40 miles away and the car wouldnt move. We had it recovered to a local garage who assessed it and said it needed a replacement gearbox, at a cost of between \xa32000-\xa34000. Spoke to the garage to ask for a refund and they just kept insisting on us taking the car back to them when it wouldnt move. We ended up taking court proceedings. It took three months of hell mnaging without a car. On the final day for response, they turned up at midnight with 3 guys and finally got a refund and the car recovered. Dont buy from here. You have been warned!
