I was pleased with CarSupermarket.com Stoke and would recommend them because the process from start to finish was great! My vehicle was brought down from another site and over the week that I waited Jake was in regular contact with myself and kept me updated. It felt very relaxed, there was no pressure sales and Jake made the experience flawless from start to finish!
I'd suggest CarSupermarket.com Stoke to a friend because I had a very good experience with them. Communication was excellent. The car I selected was originally in Newcastle on Tyne and was shipped to Stoke. Everything went smoothly and the salesman, Jack Riley, was friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Overall a good experience that was completed in 7 days.

The staff at CarSupermarket.com Stoke were good because although the initial contact and offer for part exchange of my vehicle, fortunately Courtney took over the case and was very helpful, had some mechanical issues after picking up the car but these were quickly resolved by staff in the service department, overall a good experience.
