I'd definitely recommend CarSupermarket.com Preston to friends and family because all staff are very helpful not overpowering all more than happy to assist you even if your already assigned a sales person The service desk ladies are very friendly cian went out of his way to follow up with us prior to finding my cat we came to visit and were introduced to how it works by Ben who was training from another store he was also amazing

CarSupermarket.com Preston were great because I did not feel spoken down to, or pressured to put down a large deposit, or even made to feel guilty due to the wait when obtaining my V5C after putting my plates on retention - like I have received from another dealership. As a young woman, buying a new car started to become an uncomfortable experience, but every member of staff I spoke to at car supermarket was friendly & understanding. I received a good price for my part-exchange, and the condition and price of the vehicle was fantastic. Even though I could not view the car before purchasing, I still felt assured of its reliability & condition. Super pleased with my new car & I would happily return back to Car Supermarket.
