Bought my car on 5th June'2026, Car had higher mileage than advertised. Car had a dent before I drove off I reported it to CARSA with evidence still waiting for remedy. I was promised at the time of sale that next service would be done by dealer, I have been following up since the day of purchase but nothing has been booked as of noq.
What I liked most about this was the condition of the car and the fact they were able to send it to a location that was reasonably accessible for me to view the vehicle in a short amount of time. I looked at other identical cars but they had scratches, scuffed wheels, upholstery that was untidy. This car was basically mint condition which is what you expect buying a low mileage 3 year old car from a dealer. The staff were pretty good. If there was one thing I would say is I walked away not knowing much about the car or how it works, but I would say the sales staff were good at their job, very professional and dealt with me in an honest and open way. Id recommend this company quiet highly and compared to other used car purchases this one rates quiet highly
Very happy with condition of car. Nice straightforward process throughout. Very helpful to be able to have car transferred to local branch to view and test drive. Courtney was great to deal with - no pressure, did everything she could to help and answer any questions, all went through very efficiently. Would happily use again based on this experience.
