Good price of the car, friendly and professional service from the staff. Being able to reserve the car to test drive was helpful. The staff member I spoke to answered all my questions and was helpful. The only down side was an increased admin fee (£495) if you don’t use their finance, I can understand an increase but nearly £500 seems excessive. And I did ask for the car to come with a full charge which was agreed but on collection only had 30% which they explained they had put it on charge but something must have gone wrong overnight
We arrived a hour early but no trouble at all for the Towcester Carsa staff. Anton made us feel very welcome, took us carefully through the procedure of buying a new car, trading in our old one & all the other bits that go with it. We were at the Carsa Towcester branch around 3 hours but couldn’t fault anything regarding the day, would definitely recommend them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I bought a car from Carsa Gloucester last Sunday, and from Monday the car started having a lot of problems. I tried contacting the dealership by phone, but they don't answer my calls or reply to my emails. I also went to their showroom in person, but they refused to take the car back. Instead, they told me I had to go through emails and lots of complicated procedures, which I don't really understand. I feel like they are just wasting time, and now I'm stuck with a faulty car and no proper support. I am very disappointed with the customer service and would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.
I have just purchased a Ford Kuga from Carsa Towcester and I’m really pleased with it . Overall the experience was very good . I put a £39 deposit on three cars so they could be moved to Towcester, two arrived and the other one had a problem with the battery (the one I purchased). From the moment I first enquired about the cars I was bombarded with calls and messages from AI Caroline , but when I tried to speak to someone at Towcester it was impossible. The calls go through a central call centre and each time I asked to be put through to Towcester no one answered and no one returned my call. I was trying to find out when the third car would be arriving. The staff in Towcester though were helpful and attentive and the showroom is nice. I mainly dealt with Colin who was very helpful. I had an inspection of the vehicle by the RAC as there was no service history available, the two front tyres were literally bald on the inside so I asked for new quality tyres or £300 off of the car. After waiting for half an hour I was told they could get new tyres in a weeks time or reduce the cost by £100. This wasn’t acceptable and we eventually agreed on £250 reduction so I could get the tyres myself. The handover then was smooth . Each time I’ve been in the showroom it was very busy , and I did get a very fair price for my part exchange. I would recommend Carsa , but must admit I was rather nervous buying a car with no service history after I had read a lot of very worrying reviews about the Towcester branch. So far so good though and I love my new car.
