The service at Carsa was exceptional, I have been looking for a car over a long period and I decided to visit the branch at Wolverhampton. Upon arrival I was welcomed and the staff were very polite and offered me and my family refreshments. The representative who sold me the car was Ellie - Mai Cox who was exceptional in terms of supporting me to buy the car, I have now purchased my car from Carsa with the excellent knowledge and support from Ellie and Im very happy. Thank you Carsa, your branch is excellent and service is high and I have recommended you.
Upon finding Carsa I instantly knew what I was looking for and approached the desk in person, my query was dealt with professionally by Sam and I was given options to the spec given, I carefully did my own research into model types and knew what I was after in which Sam provided unbelievable support to my needs and was very prompt with every request of viewing and or deposit to view which is what I took due to the vehicle matching my sought after specs was based at the Southampton branch. This vehicle in particular got delivered and I viewed and test drove in a un pressured time frame which gave me valuable time to make a decision. Thanks to Sam and the team it was just what I was looking for so I put through the purchase order. Within a couple of hours I was on the road and loving my new car. Such an hassle free purchase I would highly recommend because the customer service is comparable to none and such high levels of it where nothing you ask for or support for is refused with the usual likes of excuses. A massive well done to Carsa and a huge thank you for helping me buy a reliable vehicle with 0 hassle. A wide range of vehicles are available, I think there is a vehicle for everyone there and if not they will find it. Great quality cars and customer service. 10 stars if I could give it. I spoke with alex from head office over the phone who was excellent, really knowledgeable, helpful and explained everything really well. I arrived at my appointment and was greeted instantly asked if I wanted and drink and was taken to the car I wanted to view.I then took it for a test drive fell in love with it and took it the same day with such a straight forward experience thanks to Courtney and manager Callum. My wife loves her new mini! We've only had it a few days, but so far everything from viewing, test driving and purchasing has been great. We like the fact that every communication we've had with Carsa has been followed through efficiently and swiftly by a member of the team. Thanks also to Ariz from the Towcester branch, for coming in on his day off to do a very efficient handover. My wife is looking forward to driving her new car for many years to come.
This is our 4th car purchase from Carsa as a family. I first bought from them 3 years ago and then my Dad and Wife bought their cars following my great experience. This week was time for me to upgrade & spent no time in deciding to make my new local Portsmouth branch of Carsa my 1st port of call. Dan.K dealt with me and was very helpful, helping me look at all the options available for the car I wanted. I had made my mind up on a BMW 330e and was torn between the in stock car I had booked the test drive for and an upcoming new car coming in soon. Dan was helpful in making the choice without being pushy to go for a particular one and the deal was done. I recommend Dan highly, a nice young lad with an honest attitude. I’m sure our 5th car will be bought from Carsa too in the future.
I was told when I arrived to the showroom about all the checks that you do to make sure that people drive away in a car, they can trust. That was definitely not the case with me. I drove away in a hybrid car even though I was at the showroom from 11:30 in the morning till after 5 o’clock in the evening on bank holiday Monday. I drove home that night and could hear noises not only a banging but a blowing noise in the morning after hearing those noises again I went back down to the showroom and insisted it was looked at. I didn’t want to wait because I hadn’t even had the car 24 hours and when they looked at it there was a hole in the exhaust a bar needed replacing and it had an oil leak, so obviously all these checks that you say you do you obviously don’t. Now I’m a week down the line even though I’ve rejected the car. I’m still driving it and am no further forward. So I visited the showroom for an 2nd time and was told they were waiting for customer services to action the rejection. I then rang customer services to find out how long that would take and was told that the showroom hadn’t even started the procedure and they were not aware of any rejection. They then started the procedure and now I’ve got a wait again. I’ve had no communication whatsoever from the showroom. In fact I’ve contacted them through emails they gave me on the day I purchased it. Not good enough when you’re spending so much money. I’ve been told lie after lie and I’m have to do the chasing myself. Not good enough.
