Friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. Kayden dealt with us from start to finish. Was able to change my test drive appointment, from late evening to early morning. Excellent customer service. Site was clean and cars were detailed. Sorted all the paperwork on site. Drove away the same day.
We were told it was reserved, but when we got there is was reserved for someone else. After 2 hours they agreed it was ours, but then wanted to charge today's increased price rather than the price we reserved it for. Another 2 hours of haggling, calls, discomfort and finally they agreed with us. Terrible. But at least they came round and resolved it eventually.
Just bought a 71 plate corsa and while very pleased with how the car drives and feels I was left a little annoyed that some overspray on the car couldn’t be made any better when according to the website close attention is payed to cleanliness and appearance of there cars. I may now have to go to some more expense getting this mopped out. I know it’s a ‘used’ car that I have bought but still they would if gone a little further in putting this right or offered me a little compensation for the’ extra cost’ Courtney looked after me and she was helpful and did all she could so couldn’t fault her
Booked a test drive and was told that the car would be delivered to the nearest garage in 6 days then got a phone call 1 hour before the appointment to let me know it wasn’t delivered but they would ring soon as it was, 1 week later it still wasn’t delivered I got a message saying that they were refunded my money for the test drive called in the garage they told me they would reserve it and get it fast delivery ,another week phoned to see if the car is there it’s not no longer reserved and is now advertised for mot money than it was 3 weeks ago , will be going elsewhere
Incorrect information given over the phone on a few items linked to the car, before travelling to a viewing. Managers aware but not willing to accommodate the issue. Car wasn't cleaned to any professional standard. The sales person we dealt with at the venue was pleasant and professional.
My appointment was on Wednesday 29/04/26 @ 11:00 i turned up on time and the car wasn't there. I have to drive back and come back again with the petrol being so expensive. On my second trip i spent more than 3 and half hour until the finance closed, while the finance was approved in advance. Full day waisted and the following day i spend also more than 3 hours. The processes is so slow and time consuming. Need more synchronise processes and speed things up. Also have a compensation process in place for disappointment customer.
