I came into Carsa knowing what I wanted, just needed to check the car itself. The man who greeted me was so helpful. He was called Josh Hotson. From the moment he greeted me, everything was extremely smooth; he had me up and running for a test drive quickly and once I was happy with the car, he helped me complete the purchase quickly. He was able to answer my long list of questions well and when he didn’t know an answer, he would find out; which I appreciated. It was very busy and he was dealing with other customers but I appreciated the communication so I knew what was happening and when. He went above and beyond to help me get my dream car. Thank you!
So if it be zero stars that would be good. Have a look at my three previous reviews. Every review carsa give an AI response how sorry they are and they ask for further details so they can respond to me. Three times I’ve given the same info and not one phone call. Charlie has responded to my son once but since then nothing, no phone calls and no emails! Don’t be like Charlie
When I wanted to buy my Lexus from Southampton, I was assisted by Dominic . His service was very professional and kind. I felt safe , well informed and most importantly listened to.
