these absolute cowboy's . Spoke to Manager and asked never deal with them. they take your money and don't move the cars they lie to you they are in irresponsible and they are absolute cowboys. Never use them ever again. The Portsmouth branch are useless they never see anything for what it is. They just take your money and then go where it's not our problem that they didn't move the car although they've had a week Ross at Portsmouth is rude unhelpful how he claims to be a manager I have no idea Keep well away from this company
Put a deposit down on a car and said we would turn up to do the paperwork, all booked in. Arrived and to say the vibe was off would be putting it lightly. The reception was messy and the people working there couldn’t have looked less interested if they tried. Finally took the car for a test drive, only to come back and be told that the finance hadn’t gone through due to them giving the wrong mileage and it therefore being wrong, then followed up by saying they couldn’t resubmit it as the finance company were now closed. Bearing in mind we’d bought our two young kids over an hour to get the car. Drove back home without the car. The next day, I had to pay for a train to get to my place of work when I should have been able to drive my car so that cost me £150, they didn’t call us at all, we had to call the store on a central number more than 5 times to be told someone would call us back, surprise surprise, that didn’t happen. The whole Gloucester store is an absolute shambles. The staff seem barely interested, unless you’re about to transfer them the money for the car, the manager is non existent, and to top it off, we were sent the finance details for a different car and customer with lots of private information so a massive data protection breach. We are expecting to get £100 back from Lee to recompense for the hassle associated to something that should have been much simpler, but I can’t say I believe a word he says to be honest.
Nice and easy a service, but had to sort the V62 out myself and was told it would be sent to me via bank transfer, 2 weeks later, several emails and phone calls ignored! Keep being told it will be sorted and will be contacted but nothing! Very disappointing end to a smooth process, still no refund from the V62.
We bought a used car (with 12 miles on the clock) from the Wolverhampton Carsa branch. Marius was a very helpful and engaging salesman. The showroom was warm and very modern. Sadly there were scratches on the doors of the two cars we looked at and the V5 form was not available on pickup (neither of which were the fault of the local branch).
