Huge shoutout to Faz, Mitch, and the whole team at Carsa Cannock! From start to finish, they went above and beyond, exceptional service right from the beginning. The atmosphere was spot on, making the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to buy a car. Highly recommend!
Part exchange price offered on their own website was FAKE. They reduced it in person by £1300 before even viewing my car, which is in showroom condition/with FSH. This was before I even test drove the new car, so we walked away. Don't waste your time with these cowboys, they are misrepresenting figures to get you in the building (we visited Wolverhampton).
Arranged a test drive at Carsa Durham,manager introduced me to Danesh who took me through the whole buying experience,history,visual check,and driving experience first class,buying and admin absolutely spot on,looking forward to many years of happy motoring with my Evoque and many thanks to Danesh for a first class customer service.
