We turned up a little early to allow for a traffic and the car ide reserved was ready and waiting. Someone came over to me straight away and off to a smooth start, no waiting around. Loved the car, bought the car for cash price and drove it home the same day. My only negative was trying to be up sold additional things, I understand it's their job, but it felt like a battle of back and forth when we were very clear we just want the car, nothing else. We must have said no sorry we're not interested about 10 times, it started to feel a bit awkward. Anyway 2 & half hours later I finally got to take my car home.
We visited the showroom twice On each occasion nobody hassled us walking around the the forecourt or when we went inside the showroom. After booking a test drive on arrival we were looked after and when we decided to buy even though not the original test drive nothing was a problem, even having to get the car out of the showroom. We sat down and offered the extras as usual but when some were declined there was no oh but or pressure an all round good experience
Excellent staff and great service provided. I was looked after over the two days of viewing, purchasing, and collecting my car by Kealan and K, and both of them were fantastic throughout the entire process. As this was my first time buying a car on finance, I had plenty of questions, but everything was explained clearly and thoroughly. Kealan was incredibly patient, answered every question I had, and never made me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. In fact, he repeatedly encouraged me to take my time and make sure I was completely happy with whichever car I chose. I’d visited other dealerships where I felt pushed towards certain vehicles, but that was never the case here. Kealan simply listened to what I wanted and helped guide me through the process at my own pace. K was also great and handled the finance side of things professionally and efficiently. He also gave me a courtesy call the day after I collected the car to check how I was getting on and make sure everything was okay. It was a really nice touch and the cherry on top of an already excellent experience. The attention to detail was excellent, and although I spent around 4–5 hours in the dealership with my family, every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive to all of us, not just me. Overall, it was a genuinely positive experience from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.
