Terrible service, clearly only nice before buying and once it's done they just want you off. Car wasn't given barely clean, break pads full of corrosion despite them saying they'd change them, tank so empty had to ask them to get a bit more so that I could get home. 8 month after buying a car with them it has problems and rather than showing any empathy or interest they just send me away to be dealt with by the warranty (that I only got for 12 months because of the only nice guy that has been there that is not working there anymore) and hung up on me. Is that how you treat customers?
I bought my car last week from Ahmad, the customer service was amazing. I found him knowledgeable, helpful and professional. All the work that needed to be done before I collected the car was completed as promised. I would not hesitate to recommend Car4You to anyone thinking of buying a car.
