Nice car but customer service is appalling. As soon as your money is handed over you are dropped like a hot potato. Only one key was given to me with a promise of the spare and the service record in the post. I have received nothing and the communication has stopped. Never pay before you get everything. They will let you down.
As of so far my partner has been having issues with getting the car due to part delays normal stuff this was frustrating as we are in the process of moving however the saints they are sorted us a courtesy car on very short notice so we can move so far very happy will update when we have the car
Terrible service, clearly only nice before buying and once it's done they just want you off. Car wasn't given barely clean, break pads full of corrosion despite them saying they'd change them, tank so empty had to ask them to get a bit more so that I could get home. 8 month after buying a car with them it has problems and rather than showing any empathy or interest they just send me away to be dealt with by the warranty (that I only got for 12 months because of the only nice guy that has been there that is not working there anymore) and hung up on me. Is that how you treat customers?
