Bought a car from here first class service, no pressure and very genuine owner Stuart was so easy to deal with.. very easy process from start to finish would highly recommend....That was until ten weeks later it needed new clutch phoned him up didn't want to know.It was sold to me with a new MOT and supposed service but the garage who replaced the clutch told me they didn't think it had as they found a few other issues that would have been picked up by service / MOT. In conclusion definitely a DODGY DEALER who should be avoided.I hope at some point theyre brought to book and closed down
What an absolute pleasure to deal with. Just sorted my mum out with a gorgeous powder blue Fiat 500 from here. Really low mileage, FSH and even though Noah was the previous owner of her trade in, we secured a really great deal. There were a couple of noticeable scuffs on the door frames but you have to accept a 10 year old car isn\u2019t going to be perfect. Picked it up today to find they had been completely repainted FOC and half a tank of petrol was included. They registered it and taxed it online while we waited and drove away happy customers. Not that my mum will be in the market for a new car anytime soon but I wouldn\u2019t hesitate to recommend. How buying a used car from a local independent dealer should be.
I purchased my BMW 1 series 2 years ago from this dealership. We had teething problems with the car for around 2 months. But they did everything to picking the car up from southport and back to fixing the parts at BMW directly. All in all their warranty and customer service was absolutely brilliant. I am a single female and have to say they are totally trustworthy. I forgot his name but I think Dave (it\u2019s been a while) he was the best. Thank you
