Fantastic service! bought 2 cars from Car Joy in past 6 months and on both occasions staff friendly and helpful. Have a great stock of high quality cars that are very reasonably priced. I couldn't fault the service I have received. New store in Bridge of Don is also really nice!!
Had a vey pleasant experience of buying a car through this company. I probably drove them mad as I really wanted the Nissan Qashqai they had but, needed to arrange my finances which took a few days. I'm sure they a lot of potential customers who do this but never actually purchase a car! However, they were extremely helpful and the free delivery was an extremely welcome bonus. The Qashqai was exactly as described and a lovely car that I am very pleased with
I bought my 2021 Ford Mondeo from CarJoy in January and I\u2019m still very happy with the car. It came with very high specifications, low mileage, and exactly matched the description. The whole buying process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. After several months of driving, the car has been excellent and I can honestly say it was a great purchase. I wouldn\u2019t hesitate to work with CarJoy again in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality car and good customer service.
Very impressed with the huge range of vehicles on display all under one roof. From the very first contact enquiry on line through to the completion of the deal, I was made to feel that they cared. Nicky was excellent, and made the process of trading in my old vehicle and purchasing the new ,very easy and I drove my new my new car home the same afternoon. After sales support was also excellent.Woukd not hesitate to buy from here again.
purchased a corsa from Duncan at carjoy on 18/02/2026 got a good deal for the trade in of my old car. only giving them 3 stars as I've only had the car 9 weeks and I've had to replace 4 tyres despite Duncan and his nephew telling me they were fine Now I'm having to replace the windscreen wipers even when Duncan says that the cars he sells are road worthy but unfortunately not my one \U0001f621 and before anyone says it could be down to the mileage of the car it has only done 26973 when I purchased it the mileage was 26029 it's only 4 years old so I recommend if purchasing a car from Duncan of carjoy please check the tyres and windscreen wipers and everything else as it could save you a few hundred pounds one unhappy customer
This family owned business offers clean, reasonably priced pre owned cars. They are responsive and nothing is too much trouble. Test drives are freely available and the welcome is both friendly and hospitable. We recently purchased a vehicle from them through Nicky who was friendly and polite and took care to answer our many questions without any sales pressure. They arranged to deliver without charge even though it meant a seventy mile journey. To help us, they arranged to tax the vehicle which came with a six month warranty and twelve months mot. The premises are immaculate, as are the vehicles on offer. Tea and coffee are provided on arrival in a tidy sales office. Altogether a great service.
