10/10 service from car joy. Did not feel any pressure into buying a car and was giving plenty of time to have a look at all cars. There was no issue at all with taking cars for a test drive either. The layout of the yard is Brillant and you can get a proper look at any car! Matthew was great in his communication and pricing for my trade in. Collecting my car couldn\u2019t have been any smoother and the car was like new condition! Would highly recommend purchasing your next car here :)
Carjoy offers fantastic customer service. Communication with their customer is first class. Car delivered to where I was staying but could deliver anywhere in the country. They have a good stock of cars to view at reasonable prices. You won\u2019t be disappointed if you buy from them. They have done everything I asked with no complaints. Thanks Carjoy

I bought a 2018 Mini from this dealer around 1 week ago and I won\u2019t be coming back again after being recommended to come here by 2 friends who purchased from them recently. Firstly the car wasn\u2019t clean on collection, the outside had a wash but totally missed the wheels and the interior just had the dash wiped and floor mats done, everywhere else has grime and dust and muck from previous owners, im an ex valet for a dealership and this by no means was ready for collection, i mentioned this to the guy selling me the car and said their valet guy was the best of the best so had high hopes. This isn\u2019t really on them but more the garage they use for MOT\u2019s it\u2019s a small thing but the wiper blades, if I had put this through an mot it would\u2019ve failed for how bad they are for visibility yet it passed flying colours? It\u2019s got me thinking what else hasn\u2019t been said or what haven\u2019t I been made aware of. Was told it would get serviced and I could see or get told about the PDI, none of this happened, no record of the service in the book or on the cars computer. Final thing that\u2019s put me off is yes it\u2019s an older car being a 2018 but I\u2019d still expect same level of detail to getting cars prepped for customers as a brand new car surely? Rear tow hook cover held on with tape and was never sorted before collection, they had the car 3 weeks in stock and an extra week before I collected. I get it\u2019s a 2018 but surely you\u2019d want all your cars to go out at the same level of effort as a 2026 car, I paid cash for the car too so after treating myself to a newer car for what wasn\u2019t a small amount of money to be given a car like this I just can\u2019t see being right in my eyes, maybe being a Karen but \xa311500 I\u2019d want it to be not perfect but certainly better than this I understand it wouldn\u2019t have been perfect being an older car with little dints and marks but I feel what I\u2019ve mentioned is valid 2 star for the sales guy being nice
Very disappointing experience. We were told that the air-conditioning and rear door hinge would be repaired before collection, but the same problems were still present when we returned.Its a MG ZS Ev 2022 When we politely asked for proof of the AC repair, the dealer became aggressive, shouted at my wife and cancelled the deal. He also made an inappropriate comment about making sure we would not get finance in the future. The full \xa31,250 deposit was eventually refunded, but we lost money on insurance cancellation fees and experienced a lot of unnecessary stress. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this dealership.
