The whole experience was smooth very professional and easy. Roberto was very helpful any questions I had he was more than happy to answer nothing was a problem. Both Roberto and Tim were super nice and helpful and worked with me to help me pick the right car. On the day of collecting my car the process was super quick they both have made sure I was happy with everything and if there was any other questions I had which was great. 5* customer service. This branch definitely deserves a recognition! The moment you walk in someone comes to you to see if they can help without being too pushy. Couple of days before I went to the Lympsham branch and stood there for at last 5 min and nothing…. So it was very nice to receive this kind of treatment.
