Amazing people very honest and trust worthy they found a fault with my new purchase before I took it, sunny stopped the prossess wouldn't let it leave till it was rectified, he could of just left it but never, A1 service definitely buy from this company again and well recommended it probably my best experience in buying a vehicle thanks sunny and the whole crew good job love my truck
Bought Ford Ranger a couple of weeks ago. Sunny was professional, great customers service and honest about the paperwork. We picked the Ford the next day it had been valeted. Sunny promised to send the rear light cluster. We received the item as promised.We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Car Switch service. Sunny was patient, never once made us feel pressured. Bought a renault scenic from here 2 years ago and it's been an amazing car I've had no problems what so ever passed both mots first time the car was really clean inside and out. I found the car through match me car finance and they were taking the mick releasing funds ect but the owner helped me deal with them and was so helpful I would highly recommend
Always feel very unwelcome here, not friendly at all and doesn't seem interested at all. Whenever you ask something it's one word replies or they don't know. Very bad atmosphere. Most of the cars they have are generally bad condition, rattling or are very badly looked after. I won't bother even going here again terrible place terrible customer service
Hi. I hope you remember me. Car reg PJ14 HJG. BMW 5 SERIES 518D in white. You sold me a car few years ago that was involved in a severe car crash which i found out later on.
