If you are looking for a car,look no further! These guys are amazing, after buying the car from them I had some issues which were sorted in 48 hours this includes for recovery coming the same day, fixing the issue and bringing the car back on the drive with no extra cost. An outstanding customer service, really trustworthy, would definitely recommend. Best of luck in your sales!
My nephew purchased his first car today from Carstop, upon arrival we were greeted and handed the keys to look around the car we were interested in. They left us to it and was no hassle or pressure to purchase which allowed us time to do our inspections and look around the car, the car is in perfect condition and the 1 issue that we saw was fixed within 2 minutes. Nothing was too much hassle and it was a nice straight easy process. Would highly recommend!
Brought a car from them, and asked for a car health check, their garage over tightened the hand break and when requested a fix, they tightened it again. I couldn't get the handbreke down after two clicks! They did replace the disks and pads on the front of the car however the handbrake issue was with the calipers - had to buy new ones myself and had to get them fitted. Also noticed one tyre was worn on inner edge, and another had two nails which was leaking air. Car Stop is good, I can't fault the guys. Their mechanical garage is not. It's adding extra expense that I shouldn't have had to do if the garage did their job properly.
