Bought a mini clubman for my wife ,from start to finish the from first contact everything went so smoothly so easy to deal with and honest, on picking the car up today it was a rare experience, the car was exactly as described and even better ,it was well presented, cleaned and polished anth 140mile trip back home was a pleasure, Thank you all at CAR HOUSE 2000 ....JIM AND LORRAINE JEFFRIES
I am disappointed with how the Part Exchange was handled as I was led to believe the car would be scrapped, thus I didn't try to sell it on myself and took the hit. That said, the car I had off them is fantastic for it's age and mileage, far more reliable and a good history both with Service and MOT. They do seem to have good quality second hand cars, but as expected there is wear and tear, for example I had to change the clutch; which is an expected change on a car of it's age.
2013 Renault Megane It\u2019s so refreshing to find a good dealer, a really nice guy. Bought a car for my dad and it was in great condition we understand with a second hand car there will be marks but mechanically the car was A1 they even put two new tyres on it was only an advisory on the MOT but they pride themselves on cars going to a happy new owner. Bought my Mk5 Mondeo (65 plate) in January 2026 from Car House 2000. From first contact Keith was extremely helpful and said the car was available and could be viewed anytime, as it was raining and I didn't want to view a wet car Keith said straight away that the car would be dried off and in the workshop to view. A little while later Keith contacted me to say the car was ready to view and I could come round straight away, I live locally. I found Keith very friendly and helpful and was allowed as long as I wanted to view and test drive the car. The car was very well presented and I took to it straight away, I was shown all available paperwork/documents and decided to buy it. It took a few days to be serviced, MOT, cam belt and water pump changed. Keith gave me a reasonable part exchange and handled all documentation for change of ownership. A small problem occurred very shortly after purchase but this was sorted very quickly and foc. It's not perfect but it's a 10+year old car with defects to be expected of a car of that age. My dealings with Keith and Car House 2000 were very pleasant, helpful and honest, I can certainly recommend them.
We traveled from South yorkshire to view a crv it was priced very fairly and was described to the letter. Keith allowed us to drive the car alone which was very trusting, the drive was excellent we had no hesitation Keith was straight forward to deal with and made the process very easy. Keith made us nice cups of tea. I loved the car and how it felt when I went on the test drive. I paid the deposit and a week after I came back to pay the remaining balance and collected the car with my partner. It's awesome. I'm very pleased. I would highly recommend that garage. I travelled all the way from Wales to visit his garage, and it was worth every mile. I first went with my son, who loves cars, and Keith even made us both a lovely cup of tea. The test drive was great \u2014 I instantly loved how the car felt. I paid the deposit that day, and a week later returned with my partner to collect the car and settle the remaining balance. I\u2019m absolutely delighted with my new Audi. The whole process was simple, straightforward, and genuinely enjoyable. From initially contacting the garage, the overall service, professionalism, and genuine care from these guys is second to none.
