I would just like to say a massive thankyou to simon and Trevor at car city uk catterick. Upon arrival, I explained exactly what I was looking for and was offered a range of vehicles that truly catered to my needs. The level of customer service and aftercare has been outstanding, and I would highly recommend them. For once, buying a car felt like a pleasure rather than a chore. Once again, a massive thank you for genuinely listening to a customer’s needs.

Part exed a car 7 weeks ago. Only got 1 key ("2nd key was probably in the garage somewhere") Never received V5. Bought many 2nd hand cars from elsewhere and never had this issue. Still getting tax reminders from DVLA for old car (it's been resold) and now forked out to receive a replacement V5.

I waited 1 month to leave this review, i bought an audi rs3 2022 from these guys, the sale was simple and straightforward. But the after sales was excellent, amanda in the after sales responds within a hour to any issues u may have. She was brilliant. I had 2 small issues, one with a parking sensor and one with the alloy wheels. They asked if theres a local garage that can do these small jobs. I got them both sorted myself and mario (the owner) authorised both repair jobs and i was fully re-imbursed within hours of the job being complete. Things will always go wrong with cars, but its how you deal with it as a business that makes you stand out from the rest, and these guys were excellent. Also when buying the car, i told trevor (sales rep) il be getting my own extended warranty with audi, and he did not use any pushy sales tactics to sell it to me, they agreed to my wishes. Will be back in 2 years for my next car.

Couldn’t fault them before you give them your money but as soon as they do all communication became such hard work having to ask for constant updates regarding a service prior to picking the car up which I’m certain never happened. I found an old bodge repair job on the cars trim so when I contacted the guy I dealt with he told me to ring the shop, shock nobody answered. Couple weeks go by and the turbo goes I’ve not even drove the car 1800 miles and I’m left dealing with a turbo repair job and shock once again nobody answers the phone or calls back. Honestly such a dodgy garage, they definitely know what they’re doing selling all these cars with faults on them. I’ve heard so many story’s about cars like mine from this garage, I should’ve known better buying a car from here, and sadly I definitely won’t be the last either. STAY AWAY!

Firstly my entire sales process was excellent right up until the car was delivered to me in Glasgow perfectly on time, then I on first inspection I noticed a dash warning (camera system fault) I contacted the sales team who asked me to send them photo's (which I did) as this was on a Saturday I was advised that someone would call me back on Monday, which of course didn't happen despite several attempts via email, text and calls I recieved nothing back. I'm 3 months down the line now and although I love the car I face a \xa3700+ bill to replace the camera "JLR" I'm more dissapointed with the lack of aftersales I was offered at Car City.

Avoid and save yourself all the hassle Iv had and others looking at the terrible reviews they have already. Part ex my Audi A3 for a BMW X4. Told to collect it on the Wednesday they untaxed mine and changed ownership of my Audi to then tell me my new car wasn’t ready and needed a part to the rear arm. Then expected me to take the car which needed the part home and they would then collect it and take it back to the garage (30miles away) to repair and drop it back off at some point. I then had to suggest giving me a courtesy car which they did, sadly it had no fuel in a low adblu warning and two really under inflated tyres with warnings on the dash , From the Wednesday right up until 5pm Friday I never heard from the garage no communication at all with what was happening. Then 5pm Friday rang me to ask if I wanted the car dropped off or not as it was “all sorted” which I said yes to. Then while waiting for it to be dropped off I realised I’d not seen the mot certificate so I’d searched for the MOT cert online, I found that the BMW had 2 recalls on it so the dealer is illegally selling the car to me so I refused it when he got to my house , as why should I have to then put the car in to the bmw garage for repair when it should already have been done. Told them I want the money back and they refused to pay me until they got their courtesy car back. They collected their courtesy car 10 days ago and still no refund has been sent. 2 weeks since I had my Audi taken under the pretence of my new car being ready and still no refund. They have my bank details as Iv emailed the details to then and have even had the finance broker speak to them about paying me my money back but still withholding my money. Looks like I’ll be going down the legal route all because they can’t treat customers with any professionalism and pay back money that is owed. Zero communication. Nothing but lies don’t waste your hard earned money at this place.

Bought a C63s from Daniel, service was impeccable and car is amazing. From start to finish the team at Car City UK looked after me very well. Highly recommend, will definitely be back in the future for my next car

Don't ever send them money as a deposit !!!! They've convinced me to pay 500 deposit for a car and now they hang up on me, every time I call, pretend sometime they can't hear anymore, doing their best not to refund me for more than a week already !!! Disgusting people!!!! Possibly some low life scamers
