Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. The team were friendly, honest, and no pushy sales tactics at all \u2014 which made such a difference. The car was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, and everything went smoothly. Finance sorted easily, paperwork done quickly, and they even gave a fair price for my part-exchange. Great service, great people, and a proper family-run business you can trust. Would definitely buy from them again! \U0001f44d
Drove up from London and only after I got there to see the car, they started listing the problems. It was a gtc and all he mentioned when we got there that the ac wasnt working. Upon further inspection we could see that was not the only problem. The engine had a leak, there was coolant leaking. I believe the coolant leak was due to the water pump going as you could hear the pulley making a noise. They attempted to handwave this as a result of the use of brake cleaner on the belt? Apparently the solution was just some white grease but funnily enough whilst adding some, the sound remained. Not only that, the car also had an oil leak which they also attempted to handwave off as brake cleaner from the service it had. However, when I looked at the records and compared the mileage, their story didn't add up. I could see that excessive sealant was used in the replacement of the rocker cover even though the gasket alone is sufficient. All these problems were not mentioned before we made the 4 hour journey. It was also strange that it passed its mot with no majors or minors. I inspected the tires and saw visible cracking along the tread. I suspect the mot centre is in cahoots with this dealership so I would not put much stock in what the mot says. We had an appointment at half 4 but they had delayed us 2 hours in seeing the vehicle due to it being sent for an mot. I do not know why this was not done earlier in the day if in advance we had agreed an appointment for a specific time. I suspect that the attempt to delay was so that in the dark it would be hard to see the faults I have mentioned previously. I would not recommend buying from this dealership and I see they fall back on the sold as seen argument as mentioned in another review.
Really happy with the service I received from this car dealership. From start to finish, the staff were friendly, helpful and professional, and made the whole process really easy and stress free. The car was exactly as described and was in excellent condition, both inside and out. It was clean, well presented and clearly looked after. I was also really impressed with the quality of the cars they had available. Overall, I\u2019m very happy with my purchase and the service I received. I\u2019d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good quality car and a reliable, friendly service I would happily use them again in the future
