I raised the issue and they responded immediately \u2014 no excuses, no brushing it off as "normal" (which, let's be honest, is what a lot of dealers do). They got to the bottom of it fast and swapped my car for another Fiat 500 of my choice within just two days. I was back on the road with zero stress, and kept in the loop every step of the way. That level of honesty, professionalism, and genuine customer care is hard to find these days. Calibre Car Sales absolutely delivers on all three. Had a great experience with Calibre cars. Bill was excellent, putting no pressure to buy and allowing me to properly inspect the car and give it a test drive. He was very knowledgeable, and able to answer my numerous questions about the car and some functions. They offer a very nice extended warranty but again are not pushy whatsoever which I really appreciate in a dealership. Made the entire process very smooth and easy, and now I have a fantastic car! It is important to note, I was very impressed with the state of the car- beautifully shiny, clearly cleaned thoroughly and kept in wonderful condition. This is something that makes them stand out, and it gave me the feeling of a brand new car, even though they are used cars! Finally, when I experienced a sign on my dashboard, I called them and they got me to come straight back to resolve the issue, assuring me if it reoccurs they will take care of it. 10/10 would buy a car from them again.
