Had a great experience with Calibre cars. Bill was excellent, putting no pressure to buy and allowing me to properly inspect the car and give it a test drive. He was very knowledgeable, and able to answer my numerous questions about the car and some functions. They offer a very nice extended warranty but again are not pushy whatsoever which I really appreciate in a dealership. Made the entire process very smooth and easy, and now I have a fantastic car! It is important to note, I was very impressed with the state of the car- beautifully shiny, clearly cleaned thoroughly and kept in wonderful condition. This is something that makes them stand out, and it gave me the feeling of a brand new car, even though they are used cars! Finally, when I experienced a sign on my dashboard, I called them and they got me to come straight back to resolve the issue, assuring me if it reoccurs they will take care of it. 10/10 would buy a car from them again.

Needed to buy a new car for my Mum and saw a lovely little auto VW Polo on eBay for sale from these guys so I gave them a call, spoke to a very nice man who assured me of its quality and promised to hold it without a deposit until the day I could see it in the flesh. I was nervous about this as other dealers say that and then sell it anyway but, true to their word, they held on to it for me. The car was as good as advertised so I bought it after a little test drive. Dealt with Noel on the day and he was very nice, no pressure, a lot of nice cars on forecourt, very well prepped vehicles, excellent customer experience. Highly recommended.
